Another Hartzman deception. Please do not chop my emails without an indication you have done so. The message in its entirety makes the point better anyway, so maybe you will be so kind as to post the whole thing.

A different attorney, with a different orientation, could just as easily and, probably, more convincingly, make a legal argument for why you are perfectly within your rights to wander around the farmer's market and introduce yourself as a candidate, or why Yes!Weekly should be allowed to publish their articles, or why citizens should be able to know the extent of the City's public surveillance, etc., etc.
