In North Carolina, a 16-year-old is considered an adult by the state, but Greensboro has a curfew for those 17 and under

N.C., N.Y. only states where 16-year-olds considered adults by criminal justice system

Interesting. Then ages 15 and under would fly, but 16 and above, being defined as “adults”, does not fit the definition of a curfew for minors.

Then again, when instituting what amounts to martial law, which had to be deployed to address a prior failure of policy deployed by politicos through the mechanism of government, do political authorities consult the rule book or the book of armaments?

Possibly the power purveyors of the city of Greensboro depend too heavily on the DOPELER EFFECT.

The Dopeler Effect: the tendency of stupid ideas to seem smarter when they come at you rapidly.
