Public information request for the taxpayer funded Greensboro Partnership’s Conflict of Interest Policy

Hello Mr. Hartzman:

Your public information request asking for Greensboro Partnership’s Conflict of Interest Policy has been researched.

Unfortunately, this is a document that the City does not have and after requesting it from Greensboro Partnership, we were notified, per their attorney, that it is a confidential document and that they are not required to provide it to us.

As such, we cannot provide it to you.

Denise Turner Roth, a former lobbyist for the Greensboro Partnership, is both on the Operating Group of Action Greensboro and the Board of Directors of DGI while negotiating/designating taxpayer money for both groups, as the Partnership refuses to release a study and it's conflict of interest policy;
