If the Greensboro News and Record's Travis Fain said..., why did Keith Brown find...?

If Keith Brown's information supplied by Guilford County says the Greensboro News and Record received $206,441 from 4/30/2010 to 4/30/2011, not including other municipalities and Guilford County Schools, why did Travis Fain report "Guilford County spent more than $104,500 on public notices in 2012, including more than $80,300 to advertise tax delinquencies in the News and Record, according to county figures."?

"more than"?

How much does the News and Record actually bring in from taxpayers?

Is this issue why the local media won't consider my candidacy credible?

If the "paper of record" ignores/misleads the public about a candidate who speaks out for not using taxpayer money to fund news organizations who endorse and publicize political campaigns...?

If some want to know why Greensboro is such a mess, they may want to reconsider the motives and bias of our local press to get a better understanding of how our oligarchy works.
