was down 12.4 percent from the average June 2008 price

 

…also was down slightly from May’s average sales price of $167,990.

 

The median home sales price in June was $138,250

down from June 2008, when it was $146,095

 

The total dollar volume for all sales was $78.1 million

down from the $123.1 million in June 2008
