...City Council directed the City Manager to develop a policy that requires City Council approval of budget adjustments equal to $50,000 or more;

...beginning at its March 1, 2011 meeting, City Council will be provided with a list, for their approval, of all budget adjustments equal to $50,000 or more with additional information related to the purpose for each adjustment Council will be asked to consider;

...City Council will continue to receive for information purposes only, all budget adjustments under $50,000 as a consent agenda item;
