Gregory Keating is a member of Littler’s Board of Directors and co-chairs the Firm’s Whistleblowing and Retaliation Practice Group. In June of 2012, United States Senators, Michael Enzi and Johnny Isakson, nominated Greg to serve as a management representative on the Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee. In December 2012, then United States Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis, appointed Greg to serve on the Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee.

Greg litigates a wide range of whistleblower cases and has extensive experience handling matters arising under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Dodd-Frank Act, the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He is the author of Retaliation and Whistleblowing: A Guide for Human Resources Professional and Counsel, now in its 4th edition. He frequently speaks on whistleblower developments around the U.S. and abroad and is regularly quoted in publications such as The Economist and Bloomberg. He has been named America’s Leading Lawyers for Business by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. Greg is also on the Board of Advisors to the National Employment Law Institute (NELI).

Greg has had a tremendous success in the area of whistleblowing including:
•Successfully resolving a False Claims Act whistleblower case for a major pharmaceutical company brought on by the Chief Medical Officer
•Representing a global telecommunications company in a SOX whistleblower claim brought by in-house counsel
•Representing an oil and gas infrastructure employer in whistleblower case brought under Dodd Frank
•Providing ongoing counsel and representation to a Fortune 200 financial services company in threatened SOX actions
•Obtaining dismissal of a SOX whistleblower investigation for a publicly traded software company
•Obtaining dismissal of SOX whistleblower action for a major hospitality client in Minnesota
