That list is far from complete. For example: the ICRCM is not included on that list nor are independent donations to Action Greensboro that did not go through the Greensboro Partnership before the merger in 2005. Another is the IRC. The failed Medical Museum isn’t listed and I’m sure if we put our heads together we could come up with others that have been left off the list. In fact: I’m betting the City funds dozens of non profits every year be they called groups or whatever.

And then there’s the groups that get funding from groups that are funded by the City of Greensboro, some known and some unknown. For example: It’s known that DGI funds Grassroots Inc using City funding but where else might Grassroots be getting funds that originated with the taxpayers? Mike Barber's Golf Fore Fun gets funding from the Wyndham Tournament and the Wyndham Tournament is funded by the City. Both are non profits and neither are on the Rhino's list. And how many other non profits are doing these things?

Seems the Rhino is also choosing who it wants to give transparency to. 100% Transparency or Zero public dollars.
