Picking winners and losers...
Other non-connected land owners don't get their land graded with everyone else's money, lose out on potential business to the pay to play crowd who received the favors of the elected officials whose campaigns they fund.
Other land owners who paid to get their properties "shovel ready" with their own money now have to compete with political cronies who received a low interest to no interest subsidy paid for by everyone else to sell their properties for profit in front of unsubsidized others.
Legal theft this is.
Says Andy Scott as contact, who really isn't. It's the council members that advocated for the land owners who sponsored the give away to friends of a select few elected officials.
