The League of Women Voters-Piedmont Triad are hosting a Mayoral Candidate Forum on Sept. 17 at noon.

Mayor Robbie Perkins, current at-large City Council member Nancy Vaughan, and George Hartzman will take part in the "Lunch with the League" event in the Haywood Duke Meeting Room of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 607 N. Greene St.

The program is free and open to all with an optional lunch for $11.

Doors open at 11:45.
