8. Ordinance amending Chapter 18 of the Greensboro Code of Ordinances with respect to Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions – offenses of unreasonable or disturbing sound.

13. Resolution to acquire property located at 300/332 North Elm Street for the location of the Greensboro Performing Arts Center.

15. Resolution approving appraisal in the amount of $20,948 and authorizing purchase of property of Wan Chan & Yong Hui Huang for the High Point Road Streetscape Project.

16. Resolution approving appraisal in the amount of $43,507 and authorizing purchase of property of Tropicana Supper Club, Inc. for the High Point Road Streetscape Project.

17. Resolution authorizing purchase in the amount of $88,000 of property of John T. Hiatt and wife, Brenda L. Hiatt for the High Point Road Streetscape Project.

18. Resolution authorizing purchase in the amount of $76,710 of property of Honey Properties, Inc. and Olive Garden Restaurant for the High Point Road Streetscapes Project.

19. Resolution authorizing purchase in the amount of $23,000 of property of Hen Group, LLC for the High Point Road Streetscape Project.

27. Resolution authorizing appropriation of $115,448 from the voter approved 11/06 Economic Development Bond to Windsor Development Group, LLC for the design and construction of public water and sewer infrastructure improvements to facilitate industrial development and the recruitment of new jobs to East Greensboro at a site located at 3818 Burlington Road.
