I. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

Speakers from the Floor (Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of three (3) minutes on non-agenda items and cannot cede their time to another speaker. Speakers from the floor will be limited to a maximum of thirty (30) minutes.

11. Resolution authorizing General Fund Amendment not to exceed $20,000 for a historic structure
report on World War Memorial Stadium.

12. Ordinance in the amount of $20,000 amending Fiscal Year 13-14 State, Federal and Other Grants
Fund for a grant to conduct a Historic Structure Report on War Memorial Stadium.

14. Resolution authorizing Municipal Agreement between the City of Greensboro and the North
Carolina Department of Transportation for Project EB-5518: Greenway Resurfacing Project.

15. Ordinance in the amount of $460,000 establishing the budget for Project EB-5518: Greenway
Resurfacing Project.

20. Resolution authorizing a reimbursement not to exceed $311,911 to Kotis Holdings, LLC for the
design and construction of off-site public water and sewer infrastructure improvements to
facilitate commercial development and the recruitment of new jobs and retail to East Greensboro
at a site located at 200 Willowlake Road.

21. Resolution adopting the Western Area Land Use and Infrastructure Plan.

22. Ordinance amending Chapter 18 of the Greensboro Code of Ordinances with respect to Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions – offenses of unreasonable or disturbing sound.

23. Resolution authorizing reimbursement agreement between the City of Greensboro and Koury Corporation for the construction of a portion of the High Point Road Streetscape project.

26. Resolution concerning transparency and timeliness in reporting electoral campaign finances.

a. Resolution concerning parliamentary rules governing the procedures for addressing the City Council at Council meetings.
