"Both potential sites are within Carroll’s 700-acre Birch Creek Business Park,
and either could be home to a single, 1 million-square-foot building
or two or three smaller buildings
of between 400,000 and 800,000 square feet, Carroll said."
If Roy's 700 acres is in the 9,000 that may get water-sewer,
could Roy get about 8% of the benefit
of Greensboro's taxpayers spending about $20 million?
Could it end up being considered
a $1.6 million or more backdoor incentive?
