Come in the door facing South Mendenhall with the "Fellowship Hall" sign over it. 

 

There's a parking lot right across Mendenhall.

Here's the format again:

 

Welcome and opening comments from moderator

(less than 5 minutes)

 

Opening statements -- up to 5 minutes for each candidate

(15 minutes)

 

Questions for the candidates -- starting off with three or four prepared questions from the moderator to start things off. 

 

Then we'll open it up to questions from the audience

(30 minutes ... or longer if it's going really well)

 

Closing comments -- 2 or 3 minutes for each candidate to say anything else they want to. (5 to 10 minutes)

 

I'll be the moderator.  I expect this to take between 60 and 90 minutes.  Two years ago, we had two candidates and it took about an hour.
