If Zack Matheny served on Greensboro’s Zoning Commission when his campaign first filed on March 3, 2007, and continued to serve through the 2007 election, should his campaign have accepted almost $20,000 from Real Estate Interests, many of whom had, did and or intend to present Zoning issues before the Commission or City Council?
