Doesn’t uniform bankruptcy lawmean the same rules apply to everyone?

The United States government has, I continue to believe

acted egregiously by taking away the traditional rights

 held by secured creditors

Indiana Treasurer Richard Mourdock

If the US Constitution directs Congress to

establish a uniform rule of…laws

on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States

how can the other two branches of government

ignore existing law

Why did the Supreme Court

decide to not act on the merits of the underlying legal issues

saying their assessment was

based on the record and proceedings in this case alone

if the United States legal system represents equal justice for all?

Should some lenders be more cautious

of investing in private American companies

if the US government, with the acquiescence of the Supreme Court

favor unsecured creditors and unions

at the expense of legally secured creditors?
