DGI $ and favoritism for Nancy Hoffmann's on Elm Street with DGI money she voted herself via her incoming tenents

The authorization Nancy Hoffmann signed for her incoming tenants, is for a type of facility apparently all other similar business owners are not allowed to have, and it seems also that none like it have ever received.

The DGI grant, which will increase the value of Nancy Hoffmann's building, looks like it would be unprecedented, in that DGI would allocated taxpayer money to a bar/restaurant.

nightclub, restaurant, office (business to business sales) and similar
projects.

GH; Nancy Hoffmann voted to allocate taxpayer money to DGI, which is funding a grant that will benefit Nancy Hoffmann's personal property.

Any officer, department head, or employee who willfully conceals such a financial interest or willfully violates the requirements of this Section shall be guilty of malfeasance in office or position and shall forfeit his office or position.

Violation of this Section with the knowledge expressed or implied of the person or corporation contracting with or making a sale to the city shall render the contract void."
