Answer from the City of Greensboro on the "binding commitments in private contributions for the GPAC."

Hello Mr. Hartzman:

Based on response from the City Attorney the GPAC pledge forms are not public records in the City's possession.

The completed forms belong to the Community Foundation, and are not related to public business.

Accordingly, as we have none of the records, and the records are not public, we cannot require that the Foundation produce the records in response to a public records request.
