Prior Restraint by Guilford County on GPAC video from August 15th's meeting

Prior restraint or prior censorship eliminates certain material from being published or communicated.

In Guilford County, North Carolina, the local government has failed to provide the video from last Thursday's meeting from being disseminated to the public before tomorrow's City Council meeting on the GPAC.

I have asked for the video feed twice; on Friday I was told it would be up by mid afternoon, and today I asked again in the morning and as of 10:30pm this evening, the video is unavailable for download.

By preventing information transparency, Guilford County's government has disserved Greensboro's taxpayers by censoring information germane to an important decision on tens of millions in potential city government debt;
