c. Façade Grant – Biltmore Hotel: The Economic Development Committee recommends a $5,000 grant for the project. Ms. Cone made a motion to approve the grant award. Mr. Brame seconded the motion and it was approved, with Mr. Kern abstaining. Ms. Schwartz noted that a Board member also has an ownership position in this building."
