If it costs about $90,909 to resurface one mile of one lane, and the city is going to spend $2,000,000 in 2013, and we are being told we need to resurface 343 miles within 12 months as of October 22, 2012, but we are only going to resurface 22 miles of road, then after 2013 we will have 321 miles of un cared for streets plus whatever gets added to the list from then until next year.

Why does it cost $90,000 to resurface a mile of a lane of street but $4,000,000 per mile of Greenway?
It's the solar trash cans.
It's padded budgets.
It's a broken/corrupt government.
I would think resurfacing prices would be even higher now as oil prices have risen greatly since 2010.
