On the City of Greensboro's property tax projections and Guilford County Property Revaluations


If the City of Greensboro's 2010-11 actual property taxes were:
$152,872,562
while 2011-12's budget was projected to be about
$153,349,025
why is 2012-13's projected budject expected to bring in
$156,568,660
while 2013-14's is expected to be
$163,690,085?
