Why would Walker Sanders say that private money is 100% behind the Greensboro Performing Arts Center, if they want everyone else to pay for 75%?




If the private sector is 100% behind the GPAC,
why don't they want to pay 100% of the cost?

    Oh no, they're just 100% behind using other people's money to pay for this amenity that only handful of elites will use.
