Why would some members of the Intergovernmental Planning Task Force not want municipal departments to merge for cost savings and efficiency gains?

Fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism,


because it is the merger of state and corporate power.

    I don't know.

    I didn't get a straight answer when we met during the election.

    Marlene plainly stated TREBIC was opposed to merging departments that do work with the development industry.

    It came up as we went through the questions in the survey.
