GPAC Toleo Foundation Donation Questions

Have Randall and Kathy attempted to influence local legislation, and have they participated in a political campaign to garner taxpayer money for the GPAC?

If the money flows through the Community Foundation of Greensboro, which has actively lobbied for taxpayer GPAC support with deducted donations, isn't that illegal?

Would the donation be deductible, if Randy and Kathy are knee deep in lobbying for taxpayer money, which would personally benefit their downtown property interests in the Empire Room etc...?
