If Greensboro’s Convention and Visitors Bureau figured 6,000 relatively less affluent student athletes created $17 million for the local economy, why and how did who figure 7,850 relatively more affluent student and adult swim meet participants would only bring in $14 million?

The Convention and Visitors Bureau estimated the economic impact of this year's Junior Olympics at nearly $17 million.
