Developer withdraws request for Friendly Avenue/Hobbs Road rezoning

"CAP Development LLC has withdrawn its request to rezone 6.77 acres at the corner of Hobbs Road and West Friendly Avenue.

The request will not be considered by Greensboro City Council during its March 18, 2014 meeting, according to city officials."
