Subject: Ethics Line Call

Hello George,

I am the Investigator assigned to your ethics line complaint. Would you have time to discuss your concerns with myself, a representative from HR this Thurs (Dec 8th) from 10-11 CST? If you can attend, I will send you the call in information.

Then, you can just call into that number on Thursday at 10 CST (11 EST), and we can discuss in detail at that time. Please advise, and thanks for your time.

Subject: RE: Ethics Line Call

To clarify George,

Attending the call will be the two of us, in addition to Carolyn Harris with Human Resources.

We are receiving all of your ethics concerns, and are willing to openly discuss them at that time.

[If there was more than one ethics line submissions in December, 2011, why didn't Greg Keating include them all in the exhibits?]

Thursday is the first available time, so we hope you can set aside that time for the discussion regarding your concerns.

All I need is a confirmation from you, and I will send you the call in information for December 8th.

Thanks again,

Brian

Subject: On who reads our emails

Apparently someone named Laurie Rose reads our internal emails.

Therefore, how is sending an email not a way to stay anonymous?
