On Charles Davenport's (print edition) opinion piece in the Greensboro News & Record on Homosexuality and the definition of Natural Law

Was Russell Kirk an exalted philosopher,
like Aristotle and Plato?

Natural law or the law of nature
has been described as a law whose content is set by nature
and that therefore has validity everywhere.

As classically used, natural law refers to the use of reason
to analyze human nature and deduce binding rules of moral behavior.

Could the use of Mr. Davenport's definintion of Natural Law
violate the US Constitution?

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Should gay people be allowed to teach

The traditional (aka natural law) family unit is what society is built upon... as that breaks down, so does our country. This is evident in rates of poverty, depression, crime, low test scores, etc. Statistics don't lie and neither does real life experience.

When Christ came to this earth, he set people free from the Old Testament law (which you obviously had fun quoting)and established 9 out of 10 of the Commandments for Christians to follow. Jesus also gave us a blanket of grace to live under. The Holy Spirit inspired New Testament scriptures for us to guide our lives by.

Asking more questions will not lead you to an answer any sooner, than asking one question and then dealing with the truth. It's easy to see the struggle of one wrestling with not "divine law", but the Divine Law-Giver.

Christ did? Where does Jesus say the first five books are null and void?

Why are they still included in the Christian bible, if they are not operable?

Show me where they are lying... in this instance. Show me the statistics that prove broken families produce happy, healthy children with great test scores as well as financial stabililty and maybe even wealth for their folks.

"It was for freedom that Christ has set us free..." Galations 5:1 - free from the Old Testament "Law". Didn't say anything about null and void. The Old Testament is rich with history and prophecy. Without the Old Testament, Jesus as Savior would be extremely debatable.

As Christians we hold every day to be Holy - not just the Sabbath. (thus the 9 out of 10)

Discriminating? The Bible wants me to discriminate... huh?

Again, where did Jewish, circumcised Jewish Jesus the Rabbi tell his followers they are "free" from the Old Testament?
